Insert card = order

The process is started directly where the need arises:
If a storage compartment is empty, the material card is simply inserted into the QuWikiBOARD, triggering the predefined ordering process.

It does not matter whether the order is to be sent to an internal warehouse, to a supplier, or to a purchasing portal.

When the delivery arrives, the goods are put back into the storage compartment with the material card, which can also happen directly in production.

If desired, when the card is removed from the board, the receipt of the goods is also booked in the ERP system, and the payment settlement is triggered.

The special appeal of the system lies in its flexibility, because a wide range of processes can be controlled, e.g.:

• start internal and external service orders
• automate communication
• make bookings
• control devices and programs

So there are hardly any limits to your imagination.

Through the visualization in the board, the processes are immediately recognizable and comprehensible for everyone, information is also made transparent across shifts, for example.
