The operators of these pages take protecting your personal data very seriously. We treat your personal data confidentially and follow the statutory data protection regulations and this privacy policy.
When you use this website, various personal data are collected. Personal data is data with which you can be personally identified. This privacy policy explains what data we collect and what we use it for. It also explains how and for what purpose this is done.
We point out that data transmission over the Internet (e.g., communication by email) has security gaps. Complete protection of the data against access by third parties is not possible.

Note on data transfer to the USA
Among other things, tools from companies based in the USA are integrated into our website. If these tools are active, your personal data may be transferred to the US servers of the respective companies. We want to point out that the USA is not a safe third country in the sense of EU data protection law. US companies are obliged to hand over personal data to security authorities without you, as a data subject can take legal action against this. Therefore, it cannot be ruled out that US authorities (e.g., intelligence services) process, evaluate, and permanently store your data on US servers for monitoring purposes. We have no influence on these processing activities.
Revocation of your consent to data processing
Many data processing operations are only possible with your express consent. You can revoke the consent you have already given at any time. The legality of the data processing carried out until the revocation remains unaffected by the revocation.
Right to object to data collection in exceptional cases and to direct marketing (Art. 21 GDPR)
IF THE DATA PROCESSING IS CARRIED OUT BASED ON ART. 6 ABS. 1 LIT. E OR F GDPR, YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO OBJECT TO THE PROCESSING OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA AT ANY TIME FOR REASONS ARISING FROM YOUR PARTICULAR SITUATION; THIS ALSO APPLIES TO PROFILING BASED ON THESE PROVISIONS. THE RESPECTIVE LEGAL BASIS ON WHICH PROCESSING IS BASED CAN BE FOUND IN THIS PRIVACY POLICY. IF YOU OBJECT, WE WILL NO LONGER PROCESS YOUR PERSONAL DATA UNLESS WE CAN DEMONSTRATE COMPELLING LEGITIMATE GROUNDS FOR THE PROCESSING WHICH OVERRIDE YOUR INTERESTS, RIGHTS, AND FREEDOMS OR THE PROCESSING SERVES THE PURPOSE OF ASSERTING, EXERCISING, OR DEFENDING LEGAL CLAIMS (OBJECTION UNDER ARTICLE 21 (1) GDPR).
IF YOUR PERSONAL DATA IS PROCESSED FOR THE PURPOSE OF DIRECT MARKETING, YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO OBJECT AT ANY TIME TO THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA CONCERNING YOU FOR THE PURPOSE OF SUCH MARKETING; THIS ALSO APPLIES TO PROFILING INSOFAR AS IT IS CONNECTED WITH SUCH DIRECT MARKETING. IF YOU OBJECT, YOUR PERSONAL DATA WILL SUBSEQUENTLY NO LONGER BE USED FOR THE PURPOSE OF DIRECT MARKETING (OBJECTION UNDER ARTICLE 21 (2) GDPR).
Right of appeal to the competent supervisory authority
In the event of breaches of the GDPR, data subjects shall have a right of appeal to a supervisory authority, particularly in the Member State of their habitual residence, their place of work, or the place of the alleged breach. The right of appeal is without prejudice to other administrative or judicial remedies.
Right to data portability
You have the right to have data we process automatically based on your consent or fulfilling a contract handed over to you or a third party in a standard, machine-readable format. If you request the direct transfer of the data to another controller, this will only be done insofar as it is technically feasible.
SSL or TLS encryption
This site uses SSL or TLS encryption for security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, such as orders or requests you send to us as the site operator. You can recognize an encrypted connection by the fact that the browser’s address line changes from “http://” to “https://” and by the lock symbol in your browser line.
If SSL or TLS encryption is activated, third parties cannot read the data you transmit to us.
Information, deletion, and correction
Within the framework of the applicable legal provisions, you have the right at any time to free information about your stored personal data, its origin and recipient, and the purpose of data processing and, if necessary, a right to correction or deletion of this data. For this purpose, as well as for further questions on the subject of personal data, you can contact us at any time.
Right to restriction of processing
You have the right to request the restriction of processing your personal data. For this purpose, you can contact us at any time. The right to restriction of processing exists in the following cases:
- If you dispute the accuracy of your personal data stored by us, we usually need time to verify this. For the duration of the review, you have the right to request the restriction of processing your personal data.
- If the processing of your personal data happened/is happening unlawfully, you may request the restriction of data processing instead of erasure.
- If we no longer need your personal data, but you need it to exercise, defend or enforce legal claims, you have the right to request the restriction of processing your personal data instead of deletion.
- If you have lodged an objection pursuant to Art. 21 (1) GDPR, balancing your and our interests must be carried out. As long as it has not yet been determined whose interests prevail, you have the right to request the restriction of processing your personal data.
If you have restricted the processing of your personal data, this data may – apart from being stored – only be processed with your consent or for the assertion, exercise, or defense of legal claims or the protection of the rights of another natural or legal person or reasons of a substantial public interest of the European Union or a Member State.

- Plugins and tools
YouTube with enhanced privacy
This website embeds videos from YouTube. The operator of the pages is Google Ireland Limited (“Google”), Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.
We use YouTube in extended privacy mode. According to YouTube, this mode means that YouTube does not store any information about visitors to this website before they watch the video. However, the extended data protection mode does not necessarily exclude the disclosure of data to YouTube partners. Thus, regardless of whether you watch a video, YouTube establishes a connection to the Google DoubleClick network.
A connection to the YouTube servers is established as soon as you start a YouTube video on this website. This tells the YouTube server which of our pages you have visited. If logged into your YouTube account, you enable YouTube to assign your surfing behavior directly to your personal profile. You can prevent this by logging out of your YouTube account.
Furthermore, after starting a video, YouTube may store various cookies on your end device or use comparable recognition technologies (e.g., device fingerprinting). In this way, YouTube can obtain information about visitors to this website. This information is used, among other things, to collect video statistics, improve the user experience, and prevent fraud attempts.
If necessary, further data processing operations may be triggered after the start of a YouTube video, over which we have no control.
YouTube is used in the interest of an appealing presentation of our online offers. This represents a legitimate interest within the meaning of Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f GDPR. If a corresponding consent has been requested, the processing is based exclusively on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR; the consent can be revoked at any time.
For more information about privacy at YouTube, please see their privacy policy at: https://policies.google.com/privacy?hl=de.
Google Web Fonts
This page uses so-called web fonts provided by Google for the uniform display of fonts. When you call up a page, your browser loads the required web fonts into its browser cache to display texts and fonts correctly.
For this purpose, your browser must connect to Google’s servers. This lets Google know that this website has been accessed via your IP address. The use of Google WebFonts is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest in the uniform presentation of the typeface on his website. If a corresponding consent has been requested (e.g., consent to store cookies), the processing is based exclusively on Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR; the consent can be revoked anytime.
If your browser does not support web fonts, a default font is used by your computer.
For more information about Google Web Fonts, please visit https://developers.google.com/fonts/faq and see Google’s privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy?hl=de.
Wordfence
We have integrated Wordfence into this website. The provider is Defiant Inc, Defiant, Inc, 800 5th Ave Ste 4100, Seattle, WA 98104, USA (hereinafter Wordfence).
Wordfence is used to protect our website from unwanted access or malicious cyberattacks. For this purpose, our website establishes a permanent connection to Wordfence’s servers so that Wordfence can check its databases against the accesses made to our website and block them if necessary.
The use of Wordfence is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest in protecting its website as effectively as possible against cyberattacks. If a corresponding consent was requested, the processing is based exclusively on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR; the consent can be revoked at any time.
Data transfer to the USA is based on the standard contractual clauses of the EU Commission. Details can be found here: https://www.wordfence.com/help/general-data-protection-regulation.
- Audio and video conferencing
Data processing
Among other tools, we use online conferencing tools to communicate with our customers. The tools we use in detail are listed below. If you communicate with us via video or audio conference via the Internet, your personal data will be collected and processed by the provider of the respective conference tool and us.
The conference tools collect all data you provide/enter to use the tools (email address and/or telephone number). Furthermore, the conference tools process the duration of the conference, start and end (time) of participation in the conference, number of participants, and other “context information” related to the communication process (metadata).
Furthermore, the provider of the tool processes all technical data required to handle online communication. This includes IP addresses, MAC addresses, device IDs, device type, operating system type and version, client version, camera type, microphone or speaker, and the type of connection.
If the content is exchanged, uploaded, or otherwise made available within the tool, this is also stored on the servers of the tool providers. Such content includes, in particular, cloud recordings, chat/ instant messages, voicemails, uploaded photos and videos, files, whiteboards, and other information shared during service use.
Please note that we do not have a total influence on the data processing operations of the tools used. The corporate policy of the respective provider largely determines our options. For further information on data processing by the conference tools, please refer to the data protection statements of the respective tools used, which we have listed below this text.
Purpose and legal basis
The conference tools are used to communicate with prospective or existing contractual partners or offer our customers specific services (Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. b GDPR). Furthermore, using the tools simplifies and accelerates communication with us or our company (legitimate interest within the meaning of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR). Insofar as consent has been requested, the tools in question are used based on this consent; consent can be revoked at any time with effect for the future.
Storage duration
The data collected directly by us via the video and conference tools is deleted from our systems as soon as you request us to delete it, revoke your consent to store it, or the purpose for storing the data no longer applies. Stored cookies remain on your terminal device until you delete them. Mandatory legal retention periods remain unaffected.
We have no influence on the storage period of your data, which the operators of the conference tools store for their own purposes. For details, please get in touch with the operators of the conference tools directly.
Conference tools used
We use the following conferencing tools:
Jitsi Meet
When you communicate with us through Jitsi Meet, all data related to this communication process is processed exclusively on our servers (on-premise).
